The service

Nuzzma provides cloud business-management software (invoicing, POS, workshops, real estate and accounting) on a subscription basis. Plans, prices and trial periods are shown on the pricing page.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your credentials safe. You must have the authority to act for the business you register.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, do not attempt to breach its security, and do not resell access without a written agreement.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions renew for their stated period unless cancelled before renewal. You can export your data before cancelling; we keep it for a grace period after expiry, then delete it.

Compliance

E-invoicing features are built to ZATCA Phase-2 requirements. Staying registered with ZATCA and filing returns on time remains the merchant’s responsibility.

Liability

The service is provided as-is; our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-product before they take effect.
